Your total amount due will be calculated and displayed prior to the completion of your transaction, and the payment will appear on your credit card statement as "Citation Collection Services." 24-Hour DeadlinePayments must be made 24 hours prior to the due date displayed on the parking ticket. Any payments made through the online parking ticket payment site less than 24 hours in advance of the due date may result in late fees being applied. Scheduled Hearing DateIf you are scheduled for a hearing, you must pay your citations at least seven days prior to the scheduled hearing date in order to avoid a hearing. If you fail to pay seven days prior to the hearing date, a judgment may be entered against you.Handwritten CitationsIf you received a handwritten citation, please note that it may take more than 7 days for the citation to be entered into the system, and eligible to be paid through this website.Confirmation of PaymentUpon the completion of your transaction, you will have an opportunity to print a confirmation page for your records.
